Tool Trials and Sampling
Jinway offers a number of services for injection molded parts. We offer in house tool tryouts, low & high volume production as well as 2K injection molding services. We have 10 presses on site range from 50T to 550T.

Tool Optimization & Design Changes
At times, the tools need certain improvements or modifications based on results of tool trials, or the customers request a design change. We manage such corrections under a strict design revision process to ensure that the final design matches the tool exactly, and any revisions are incorporated in the final 2D and 3D Tool drawings.
